**Handmade Orders – No Return Policy**

We appreciate your trust in our handmade products, each meticulously crafted to meet your unique requirements. To maintain transparency and manage expectations, this policy outlines our “No Return” policy for handmade orders.

 

**2. Uniqueness and Customization**

 

Every handmade item in our collection is a work of art, distinct in its individuality. We tailor these items to your specific preferences, such as size, color, and design. This customization makes it impractical for us to accept returns or exchanges.

 

**3. Commitment to Quality**

 

We uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship. Before any handmade item leaves our workshop, it undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our exacting standards.

 

**4. Transparency and Pre-Purchase Review**

 

To facilitate a seamless shopping experience, we encourage you to thoroughly review product details, sizing information, and materials before placing your order. This proactive approach ensures that the item aligns with your expectations.

 

**5. Defective or Damaged Items**

 

While we adhere to a “No Return” policy for handmade orders due to their personalised nature, we are committed to addressing any issues related to defective or damaged items on the factories behalf therefore in such cases, we offer an 18 month guarantee.

**7. Policy Updates**

 

This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated. Any changes will be reflected on our website and communicated through appropriate channels.
**8. Payment**
With the purchase of any table  50% of the total amount is paid immediately, and another payment for the remaining 50% of the total amount will need to be fulfilled before the scheduled delivery date.
Unless otherwise specified in your invoice, the following items are not included: (vertical) transport, parking fees, costs for any (local) permits, water/electricity connections, specialized packaging, assembly of furniture including screens/computers/cabling, and packaging disposal. Delivery must take place in a single instance, with the space being freely and unobstructed for assembly. Delivery times will be discussed further.
All agreements, order confirmations, and quotations are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sney Haus B.V
We kindly request you to verify the accuracy of this order confirmation. Please contact us within 3 working days in case of any inaccuracies. After this period, no claims can be made. We confirm the above-mentioned delivery week subject to approval in our final inspection.”

**9. Delivery**

All of our tables undergo thorough quality control before delivery takes place to ensure consistency in quality.

 

By placing an order for our handmade tables, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this “No Return” policy.
